Neo-Natal Unit

Alterations, refurbishment and fire safety upgrade to the Neo-Natal Unit within Sunderland Royal Hospital.
Strict procedures were implemented to ensure this high dependency unit was kept clean and dust free at all times.
The unit was formally opened by then Sunderland AFC Manager Martin O'Neill.
Springwell Health Centre

Works included construction of a new entrance atrium with aluminium curtain walling system and automatic doors. Also construction of a new lift shaft, installtion of a 13 person passenger lift and internal modifications to the reception.

Formally opened by Lady Elsie Robson, this project was for a new build extension to the existing Langley Park Surgery, to provide additional consultation rooms and office facilities.
All of the works were completed whilst the Surgery remained operational, including refurbishment of the existing building.
