The offices provide facilities for 10 permanent staff and a lecture room to accommodate up to 60 people. The building is now a focal point for the Eden Hill neighbourhood and was formally opened by the Leader of the District of Easington Council, Councillor Alan Napier.

In addition to the new build, refurbishments were undertaken to the existing factory unit, which included offices, meeting rooms, toilets and the main reception.
