English Martyrs RC School

The scope of the works at this RC School was for improvements to the external fabric of the school building. We undertook the cutting out of brickwork joints and the re-pointing of large areas of brickwork, approximately 600m2.
Roofing works including the replacements of ridge tiles, slates, flashings, downpipes, guttering and repairs to the rooflights.
Sure Start Children's Centre

Completed to a strict programme and working within the requirements of the occupied premises, we undertook alterations and refurbishment of this Children's Centre.
Externally we created a new buggy store facility, made alterations to the entrance and laid a new surface to the play area.
Monkwearmouth School

Works included replacement of curtain walling window system to the main school block, laying of a new liquid roofing system and installation of photo voltaic panels.
